Don't Wait to Lose Weight

If you are a deluded walrus, you will look in the mirror and think one of the following:
“I could be a plus-sized model. 🤩”
“Big is beautiful! 😍”
“Beauty comes in all sizes. 😘”
If you are a normal person that happens to be overweight, you know the truth.
You need to lose weight! And you’ll need to buy a book as a guide to help you.
Why pay for a book designed to help you lose weight? Just look up “how to lose weight” on a search engine! There are thousands, if not millions, of published articles telling people how to lose weight.
Google, Bing, Yahoo!, and other corporations are your friends. Heck, now we even have ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. Let them spoon feed you the knowledge.
Anyone with less than half a lizard’s brain can find out how to lose weight quicker than the same lizard scurries away from potential threats. The information is there, for FREE. And that, my friend, is precisely the problem.

Nobody values freebies more than products they pay their hard-earned cash for. Why else are so many people still overweight? Many of those sloths saw some advertisement on television or YouTube and thought to themselves, “I really got to get back to the gym and eat better.”
Then what happens, they grow, and grow, and then GROW some more until they are grossly more gigantic than Jabba the Hut. Then they look in the mirror one day in dismal disgust.
“How did this happen?”
I’ll tell you how. Like I said, they got the information for free, so didn’t value it. Had they paid money for the info, they would have taken it more seriously.
The question is, how does one determine the value of a health book? By the value it gives the buyer. If you are overweight, buy this book, and implement the instructions, you won’t have to pay tens or hundreds of dollars per month for medical supplies when you are older.

The heavy hippos that gobble up food every hour always end up with health issues – type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, joint pain, low energy, you name it. This is because excess fat stored for too long in the human body increases the likelihood of developing health problems.
Picture a fat 45-year-old man taking metformin tablets to control his blood sugar. He must pay $20 for a month’s supply of said tablets. If he lives to be 80, then he will have ended up paying well over $8,000 in pills. That’s a lot of money.
If he took his health seriously in his youth and applied the knowledge on how to lose weight, he would have drastically decreased the chances of becoming insulin resistant. A one-time payment for this book is well worth avoiding a loss of even $20, let alone $8,000.
Therefore, the book is actually worth over $1,000. Remember, the value of a health product is worth the value it can give the customer.

I know what you’re thinking, “There couldn’t possibly be anything special about a book on weight loss. There is so much information out there about weight loss.”
Here’s the thing. You are absolutely right. The book will not tell you any revolutionary secret to losing weight. You know why? Because the biggest secret to losing weight is precisely that there is no real secret to losing weight. At all. Zero, zip, zilch, nada.
Any piece of writing that claims to have any of such secret information besides the one I mentioned above is trying to deceive you. Avocado toast, blueberries, and low-fat cookies are not, and will never be, “secrets” to losing weight.
Everyone, I mean everyone, knows how to lose weight. The book I’m selling you has no niche information that will zap the excess weight off your body. It says the same things every other legitimate source of health material says about weight loss.
Recall what was said in the beginning. Search engines exist. There are several FREE sources of information on how to lose weight on the internet.

“I can just read those sources.”
Yes, you can just read those sources. Then, you will “read” those sources having learned nothing due to just skimming through them. Then next month, you will look in the mirror in grave disappointment.
“God I’m so big!”
Of course you still will be overweight, because those sources are free. If they were each behind paywalls, you would definitely take them more seriously. Again, people care more about stuff they buy, not stuff they get for free.
“But many large sites give this information for free. Surely they know that most people won’t actually take the information to heart.”
Large companies know what they’re doing. When websites like Yahoo! Health and Healthline put up web pages talking about weight loss for free, they don’t care whether you use the knowledge or not. They benefit either way.

You see, when you go on a webpage and read an entire article on it, search engines take note of that. The engines will boost the overall ranking of that page, since you apparently like the content of that page.
The same is true when you navigate through the tabs of the heading, make comments, hit “like” buttons, and so on and so forth. Why is a Wikipedia webpage the first, second, or third page to appear in search results for most searches? Because search engines, bots, and algorithms know that people like Wikipedia.
So even if you don’t use the fitness knowledge health sites provide you, no worries for them. Multiply yourself by millions of people that stay engaged on their sites. Their rankings go up and up and up. Such companies don’t give a armadillo’s arse if you don’t use their info.

Their biggest concern now is optimizing their pages to be ranked high by the AI algorithms.
“Oh my god. This guy is going on and on. Who does he think he’s fooling?”
“Well, a sucker is born every second.”
You’re right. A sucker is born every second.
A sucker that passes away due to a stroke and leaves his wife and kids behind to struggle without him.
A sucker that faints due to being lightheaded and wakes up in the ER, only to find out he is diabetic.
A sucker that ends up giving birth to a dead child due to her high blood sugar or not even knowing that she is pregnant.
Also, nobody is fooling anybody. Everything stated above is true. This short, simple, to-the-point book being sold here is indeed worth more than $1,000.
You have three choices:
1) Don’t buy the book.
2) Buy the book and ignore the information in it.
3) Buy the book and use the information in it.

If you don’t buy the book, you will continue to be overweight. If you buy the book and ignore the information in it, you will say it’s useless. If you use the info, you will realize that you’ve made an excellent investment towards yourself.
You choose.
If you do NOTHING, the book will be worth nothing. If I gave you an ounce of gold, which is about $4,000, and you place it under your bed never to be seen again by human eyes, that gold will be worth no more than a pile of snail shells.
It might be increasingly “worth more” in theory due to inflation, but if it’s not used the point is moot.
You can’t buy anything with gold you don’t touch, right?
However, if you use the gold you can buy goods.
If you want to lose excess weight, just pay chump change and get the book. You may not think you want this book, but you NEED it.
Cause here’s the thing...
If you really were the type of person who didn’t need the book, you would have already lost the excess body fat after reading all the material provided to you for free.
But here you are, still overweight.
So get the book.
